Services

RURUGLOBAL LLC provides digital marketing services including paid advertising, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and web design. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual client agreements.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials created by RURUGLOBAL LLC are our intellectual property. Client-specific work product is transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the service agreement.

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. The free audit is provided at no charge and with no obligation. Paid services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

While we consistently deliver strong results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in terms of revenue, rankings, or leads. Marketing results depend on many variables including market conditions, competition, and client participation.

Limitation of Liability

RURUGLOBAL LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
